Men’s Teams Hampstead Rugby Club

Hampstead RFC is one of the world’s oldest rugby clubs and has three men's teams and a veterans side, catering for all - from competitive through to social rugby. The men’s 1st XV is in the Countries 1 Herts and Middlesex Rugby Union League for 2023/24 season.

We are a sociable but ambitious bunch who enjoy our rugby and making new friendships. Having retained the majority of a strong squad we are always looking for new players - short, medium and long-term - to join and make us better.

Training is every Tuesday and Thursday with matches on Saturdays.
Our fee structure is very competitive for a central London club and we have discounts for students and non-wagers.
