Community

We are a community-based club and our diverse and welcoming approach set us apart. Unlike many clubs, we do not have a dedicated clubhouse, but we have our pop-up Club Cafe on Saturday mornings which serves a mean bacon sandwich for an unbeatable price.

We also recognise our contribution to the local community and have arrangements with local pubs, such as The Vine, which welcomes all our players - whatever their age - and their families.

Pop-Up Club Cafe

Every Saturday, we host a pop-up cafe within the Athletics Track grounds which serves the best value food and drinks on the Heath. Get your coffee fix with bacon baps, sausage baps and for the kids, hot chocolate, hotdogs, and post training treats. The cafe is manned by volunteers - parents, teenagers wanting a bit of serving experience, Duke of Edinburgh participants. All profits go back into supporting the club and keeping membership fees down across the club.

It also sells the following kit:

  • Gum shields

  • Second hand rugby boots (some barely worn!)

  • Youth and minis match kit. Also see our online Club Kit Shop.

We offer assisted purchases if required so everyone can feel part of the team without it being a financial burden. Please speak to Scott in the cafe.

You can also support the club through Easyfundraising - perfect if you like online shopping! - and through The 100 Club where you could win £50 per month.

Local Projects

Where possible, we support local project and appeals, with our annual appeal being the Royal Free Christmas Appeal to support children in hospital over the Christmas period.
